Bought a standard case online? You may cancel within seven days of receiving it, for any reason, under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Tell us by email with your reference.
Send it back unused, in its packaging. You pay only the direct cost of returning it. We refund you in full, to the way you paid, within 30 days of your cancelling.
Check the case when it reaches you. If the glass is cracked, chipped, or the case is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, with a photo if you have one, and we make it right.
Every case carries the Consumer Protection Act warranty: for six months after delivery, if it is defective or unfit for its purpose, you choose a repair, a replacement or a refund. That right does not cover breakage from a fall, misuse or a missing lid.
Custom cases are cut to your measurements, so the seven-day cancellation does not apply to them. The six-month warranty against defects still does.
